From 15 to 24 January, the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of the Aktyubinsk region held a decade dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the capital of Astana, "Astana is the Heart of the Motherland, the Bastion of Independence."

On the topic "Astana - based on the unity of the nation", a round table was held in which representatives of ethnocultural associations and members of the NEG, public consensus councils, scholars of Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov, NPO, students of higher and secondary educational institutions took part.

For ten days there was a variety of activities highlighting the role of Astana on the theme: "Astana-Mangilik El besigi", "Zhaynay ber, zhas Astana" organized among the students, the youth of the region, also theme nights "Astana - past, present, future" essay contest pupils of Sunday schools of ethnic cultural obyedinenie on the theme "the Heart of the country - Astana" contest of young architects, intellectual tournament among students Intellectual Tournament among the students "Orkendi eldin zhuregi - Astana", which was attended by 90 students from 16 schools, young architects have presented more than 20 projects. Representatives of ethno-cultural associations and experts of KGU "Kogamdyk kelisim" GU "akim's Apparatus of Aktobe region" took part in the opening of the "Friendship Club" in Kargalinskiy district library of the Aktyubinsk region.  In the charity event were shown a theatrical performance "Morozko" Aktyubinsk regional center "Slavs", which was presented for children with disabilities public Association "Gazhap".

The event continued with a gala-concert of creative collectives of ethnocultural associations of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan on the theme "Zhirlaiymin seni Astana".

The feature of the evening was that the creative teams sang popular songs of the Kazakh composers about Astana. A song by a local composer Maxim Manesova "Esildin zhagalaui" sang Ukrainian folk choir "Oksana", German soloists of the folk choir "Failhen" ipanena song M. Tugelbayeva "Astana", Korean, "Chhinson", "Sen Astana", singers dance of the Tatar-Bashkir folk dance ensemble "Saiylyan" sang T. Mukhamedzhanov "the First morning of the capital". Creative collectives of ethnocultural associations have demonstrated their love of the Kazakh language.

The ceremony was attended by Deputy akim of Aktobe oblast Erbol Zholdasbekovich Nurgaliyev, head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan of Aktobe region, Nurbakyt Kusainovich Baybosynov who were awarded letters of thanks of the participants.

For 20 years Astana has become a powerful nation, uniting the people of Kazakhstan. The capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, built on the idea and the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the shortest terms became part of the civilized world. This 10-day event was the promotion of good deeds of our President, who first proposed and implemented the idea of building a new capital for the education of moral and Patriotic qualities of the young generation.
